How do I restore my Pro subscription?
Open BabySteps and go to Settings > Subscription > Restore Purchases. If that doesn't work, you can also manage your subscription in iOS Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions.
How do I share with my partner?
Sharing requires a Pro subscription. Go to Settings > tap your baby's name > Share with Caregiver. Your partner will receive an iCloud sharing invitation. They'll need BabySteps installed to accept it.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Go to iOS Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions > BabySteps > Cancel Subscription. You'll keep Pro access until the end of your current billing period. Your data is never deleted when you cancel.
Is my data private?
Yes. All your data stays on your device and in your personal iCloud account. We never sell or share your data with third parties. We don't collect your name, email, or any personal information. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
How do I export my data?
Data export requires a Pro subscription. Go to Settings > Export Data and choose PDF or CSV format. You can then share the exported file via email, AirDrop, or any other method.
The app crashed or something isn't working
