BabySteps: Log & Track

Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using BabySteps: Log & Track ("BabySteps", "the app", "we", "us"). By downloading, installing, or using the app, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Description of Service

BabySteps is a baby tracking application that helps parents and caregivers log and monitor their baby's feeding, sleep, diaper changes, growth, medical records, and more. The app also includes an optional parent wellness check-in feature.

User Accounts

BabySteps does not require you to create an account. The app uses your Apple ID and iCloud for data storage and sync (for Pro subscribers). You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Apple ID.

Subscriptions

BabySteps offers a free tier with core features and a Pro subscription that unlocks additional functionality. Pro subscriptions are auto-renewable and managed entirely through Apple's App Store.

Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
A free trial may be offered to first-time subscribers. If you cancel during the trial, you will not be charged.
You can manage or cancel your subscription in iOS Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions.

Refunds

All purchases are processed by Apple. Refund requests are handled by Apple in accordance with their refund policy. We do not process refunds directly.

Limitation of Liability

BabySteps is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law:

BabySteps is not a medical device and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition.
The app is not a substitute for professional medical advice. Always consult your pediatrician or healthcare provider for medical concerns.
Growth charts and percentile data are provided for informational purposes only and should not be used as the sole basis for medical decisions.
The parent wellness check-in feature is a personal reflection tool. It is not a clinical screening, diagnosis, or assessment.
We are not liable for any decisions made based on information displayed in the app.

Medical Disclaimer

The medical and vaccine log in BabySteps is a parent-controlled record-keeping tool. It does not provide medical advice, suggest vaccine schedules, or make any medical recommendations. All entries are made by you, the parent or caregiver. Always consult your pediatrician for medical guidance.

Data Accuracy

You are solely responsible for the accuracy of the data you enter into BabySteps. We do not verify, validate, or guarantee the correctness of any data entered by users.

Acceptable Use

You agree to use BabySteps only for its intended purpose — tracking and managing baby care information. You agree not to misuse the app or attempt to interfere with its operation.

Termination

You may stop using BabySteps at any time by deleting the app from your device. If you have a Pro subscription, you can cancel it through iOS Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions. Upon cancellation, you retain access to Pro features until the end of the current billing period. Your data is never deleted due to subscription changes.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be reflected on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of the app after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt, without regard to conflict of law principles.
